over the past 12 months, the F.INC committee has dedicated themselves to really learning all the ropes - how to operate an incorporated organisation; what is governance + why do we need it; which roles mean what; budgeting and finances; attracting members and then keeping them keen; presenting events; holding structured meetings with agendas; and inventing new ways to have fun while we work!
